“How will anyone know…?” Ex. 33:15
Getting home from camp at 3 am this morning I was drained and extremely ready for bed. Getting up for work this morning at 8 I was drained and EXTREMELY ready for bed! But God is good.
The last three days I’ve gotten the opportunity to be a councilor at a youthcamp my youthgroup has attended for years now and it was incredible! More and more I’m discovering why I love mission work, or more simply, ministry SO much. I love it when I’m involved in ministry I never have to worry about the moments of dryness, not knowing where to begin in prayer, or what to study. In those moments God begins to speak… through a recently heard teaching, or conversation, or just a troubling thought imposed on me in serving Him. I always have food for thought, more to learn, more to grasp where as outside of serving Him I find myself falling into ruts where there’s no motivation, no inspiration, just nothing.
I’ve been challenged this week. Thoughts that inspire me, puzzle me, and very easily confuse me litter my mind and it’s the search for the answers to those questions that I long for. The questions which are only answered by revelation and seeing more of God’s glory. I love my heavenly father, and am STOKED to serve Him more.
The next few days be praying for an opportunity for me. Saturday I have an opportunity to open air share the gospel in Denver but haven’t heard back from the person I’m to go do it with. Pray that he is able to get ahold of me, and that God would go with us and not just move on our behalf.
